Our room is 12B. Looks pretty good but I think we will have to move some chairs. We plan on having stations during our session. Do we have enough room for people to move from station to station? We plan on having 6 projectors running. It looks like we have enough outlets and enough extension cord. We will have to get in right away after the session before us and move some chairs...Like pronto....
If you get to our session early,,,you can help us move some chairs...That would be a cool engaging warm up exercise for the participants.
This hallway will be packed tomorrow. All quiet on Sunday evening.
